Pay: $8-$10 hr

Description: As an hourly Floor Manager Trainee, you will spend up to four months learning our business in order to gain a high experience and competency level. After successful completion of this phase, you will advance to Shift Manager, earn a pay increase, and continue to climb the ladder of opportunity. Trainees with the best and most flexible shift availability can rise to the level of salaried Second Assistant after approximately 6-12 months in this program.
