Description: As an hourly manager, you will receive training in the basics of restaurant operations and management controls plus hands-on experience in achieving and maintaining the highest standards of Quality, Service, Cleanliness, and Customer Satisfaction. Hourly managers who exhibit leadership, management skills and the ability to coordinate people, product, and equipment are often promoted into salaried management.
